ERP Delivery Manager - ECCO HQ, Bredebro

As ERP Delivery Manager at ECCO, you step into a role where people leadership and delivery excellence go hand in hand. You will lead a diverse, international team and play an important part in building a strong virtual organisation that supports ECCO’s global ambitions. Success in this role is about creating clarity, enabling ownership and making it easier for your team to deliver high-quality ERP solutions that matter to the business.
You lead people and delivery with purpose
You will be part of Digital & IT and lead a team of 12 ERP specialists. The team is globally distributed, with only one or two colleagues based in Denmark, which makes collaboration, trust and clear communication essential. Working closely with project managers, scrum masters and other leaders, you ensure that priorities are clear, capacity is balanced and deliveries stay on track.
Your focus is on creating the right conditions for your team to succeed, both professionally and personally. Within your first 6 to 12 months, success looks like a team built on trust, transparency and a shared sense of urgency, with a clear framework that supports empowerment and timely delivery.
In practice, you will:
- Lead and develop your team through regular one-to-ones, performance processes and recruitment.
- Create a motivating and psychologically safe work environment with a strong focus on well-being and growth.
- Enable strong delivery by removing obstacles, optimising resource allocation and supporting prioritisation.
- Take ownership of the team’s output and ensure high quality, on-time ERP deliveries.
- Contribute to strategic and operational initiatives that strengthen ECCO’s ERP capabilities.
You bring leadership experience and a pragmatic ERP mindset
We are looking for someone who enjoys leading specialists, simplifying complexity and balancing delivery demands with care for people.
Ideally, you have:
- Experience leading IT or ERP professionals in a global, cross-cultural setup.
- Solid hands-on background within ERP, combined with a strong delivery focus.
- Proven people leadership experience and a genuine interest in developing others.
- The ability to create structure, transparency and momentum in complex environments.
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.
