Finance Planning System Consultant - ECCO HQ, Bredebro

Secure the pillar of the Anaplan system
You will join the Corporate Planning & Reporting team located in Bredebro, Denmark, which is a part of Corporate Finance. P&R consists of 10 colleagues based in Denmark, Singapore, India, Portugal and Singapore. Together, we provide top management and business support, reporting and planning solutions to support decision making and drive the improvement of business and financial performance. 

In this role, you will take a central position in developing and maintaining our Anaplan platform balancing day-to-day operations with continuous improvements and innovation. You will collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, efficient, and high-quality planning solutions.

More specifically, your key responsibilities will be:

• Design and optimize Anaplan models aligned with best practices and business needs
• Enhance data integration and flows to ensure accuracy, scalability, and efficiency
• Drive performance improvements across models and user experience
• Ensure data integrity through monitoring and validation of data pipelines
• Maintain clear and structured documentation of models, processes, and logic
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve planning processes and system capabilities

Experience from a similar role
You combine a structured, detail-oriented mindset with curiosity and drive to challenge existing ways of working and build better solutions.

We also imagine that you:

• Have a relevant degree and minimum 4 years of experience in finance systems, FP&A, or similar roles
• Bring experience with data structures, databases, and data integration
• Have Experience in Anaplan or similar planning tools – a plus, but not a requirement
• Have strong acumen within IT systems & reporting tools (Power BI, Python, VBA, Anaplan, SAP)
• Have the ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level
