Global P&C Business Partner - ECCO HQ, Bredebro

Do you enjoy working closely with leaders and helping turn people priorities into practical business outcomes across a global organisation?

As Global P&C Business Partner, you will work closely with leaders across ECCO's global functions, supporting them in navigating the people side of the business. Combining business understanding with HR expertise, you will help ensure that people practices, processes and decisions support both organisational goals and employee success.

This is a broad business partnering role where you will work across the full employee lifecycle, advise leaders on people matters and contribute to key annual people processes in a global environment.

Support leaders and drive key people processes
Based at our HQ in Bredebro, you will become part of a collaborative People & Culture team supporting ECCO's global functions. We work closely with the business and with colleagues across our global organisation to deliver consistent and professional people experience.

You build trusted relationships with leaders and provide pragmatic guidance that balances business needs with a consistent people approach.

More specifically, you will:

• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, organisational changes and day-to-day people matters
• Support recruitment activities in close collaboration with hiring managers and P&C colleagues
• Facilitate annual people processes such as performance reviews, talent discussions, succession planning and salary reviews
• Support workforce planning and organisational initiatives together with leaders and P&C Centres of Excellence
• Advise leaders on people practices and helping ensure a consistent employee experience across the organisation

Business-minded HR professional with strong partnering skills
You enjoy working closely with leaders and take a genuine interest in understanding how their part of the business operates. You build credibility through your professionalism, balanced judgement and ability to translate people-related challenges into practical solutions.

At the same time, you are comfortable navigating different perspectives and know when to support, influence or challenge stakeholders to ensure the right outcome.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:

• Have 3-5 years of experience within HR/P&C, including experience partnering with leaders or supporting a broad range of people-related topics
• Have experience facilitating annual people processes such as performance management, talent reviews and salary reviews
• Bring a strong foundation and are comfortable handling both employee and leadership-related matters across the employee lifecycle
• Have experience working in an international organisation or collaborating with stakeholders across cultures
• Communicate confidently in English and build strong relationships through trust, collaboration and sound judgement
