Replenishment Planner

If you are keen to drive seamless replenishment processes to optimise sales opportunities in the European region, then grab this opportunity to join our S&OP team in Europe.

We have an entrepreneurial approach in our team, so if you have ideas, we have the space. You’ll also get to work with passionate colleagues around the globe, meeting diverse cultures and creating lasting bonds” explains Head of S&OP, Europe Daniel Bjørnhof.

The right products, in the right place, at the right time
Based in Bredebro, you will join 5 colleagues responsible for the S&OP in the Europe region. You will take up a crucial role in the team, driving our different replenishment processes and ultimately ensuring our inventories are transparent and balanced to serve our markets in Europe.

The key to success is having the right products, in the right volumes, in the right places, and at the right time. Based on forecasts and sales performance, you will manage replenishment ordering and inventories as you:

  • Lead development, improvement, and transparency of replenishment concepts and processes
  • Govern availability of seasonal products and Never Out of Stock items
  • Analyse inventory positions and take necessary steps to right-size positions
  • Create, review, and maintain inbound purchase orders
  • Bridge practices between commercial teams in the markets and operations
  • Maintain stock rolling forecasts across sites
  • Connect data between source systems in PowerBI to have a single source of truth

A balance of soft skills and hard skills
You effectively interact with a broad range of stakeholders across the business, just as you excel in identifying gaps in a process and mitigating the gaps.

You have a natural curiosity, and you have the ability to switch between a bird’s-eye view perspective and diving down to make needed adjustments in practice.

Some of your tasks will be repetitive in nature, and this should of course appeal to you, just as we hope you are looking to develop within the role to become a seasoned expert. In return, you get to take total ownership of your field of responsibility.

Finally, we imagine that you have:

  • 3 years of experience within the realms of supply chain management - specific experience within inventory planning and order management disciplines is a plus
  • Experience working in SAP, e.g., MM, SCM SD or WM modules
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with business analytics tools, e.g., PowerBI
  • Great communication skills, including fluency in English

Candidates are required to hold a valid EU work permit.
