Senior Global P&C Business Partner, Digital & IT - ECCO HQ, Bredebro

As Senior Global P&C Business Partner for Digital & IT, you will play an important role in supporting a key function and the leaders responsible for delivering business results across diverse teams and geographies.

Working closely with senior stakeholders within the function, you will provide trusted advice on a broad range of people-related topics, helping leaders navigate organisational, leadership and employee matters while balancing business priorities with great employee experience.

Partner with senior leaders across our global organisation
Based at our HQ in Bredebro, you will join a collaborative People & Culture team supporting ECCO's global functions. Specifically, you will be supporting the global Digital & IT function, but depending on the candidate, the area of responsibility might include other functional areas as well.

You will serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders, helping them navigate organisational and people-related challenges while supporting the execution of key people initiatives and annual processes. Success in this role requires strong business understanding, sound judgement and the ability to build credibility with stakeholders across different functions and organisational levels.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising senior leaders on organisational, leadership and employee-related matters
  • Supporting workforce planning, recruitment activities, organisational changes and talent discussions across business areas
  • Facilitating annual people processes, including performance reviews, succession planning and salary reviews
  • Partnering with leaders to strengthen team effectiveness, leadership capability and employee engagement
  • Collaborating with Centres of Excellence and P&C colleagues to ensure effective implementation of people initiatives

Experienced business partner with strong stakeholder management skills
You understand that effective people decisions start with understanding the business. You take the time to understand leaders' priorities, challenges and objectives, allowing you to provide pragmatic guidance that creates value for both the business and employees.

You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift and leaders rely on your advice and judgement. You remain calm and constructive when handling complex people matters, and you can balance different stakeholder perspectives while maintaining a consistent and professional approach.

We imagine that you:

  • Have 7+ years of experience within HR/P&C, including several years in a Business Partner role supporting leaders in an international organisation
  • Have minimum 3 years of experience advising senior Digital and IT leaders on organisational, employee, Change management and leadership-related matters
  • Have participated in and driven annual people processes such as performance reviews, talent discussions, succession planning and salary reviews
  • Bring broad HR experience combined with strong business understanding and stakeholder management skills
  • Communicate fluently in English and build trusted relationships across organisational levels, functions and cultures
