ECCO is undergoing a significant shift in how we work with technology, data and digital capabilities, and we are looking for a Senior People & Culture Business Partner who wants to play a clear, senior role in guiding leaders and teams through this change.
Based at our headquarters in Bredebro, you will work close to decision making and close to the leaders responsible for building future ready IT and business capabilities. The focus is not on systems, but on the organisation’s readiness to use them well.
In this role, you will be close to leaders, close to decisions and close to the organisational shifts that shape ECCO’s future ways of working. You will join an international, people focused organisation where collaboration is strong, and where transformation is approached with both ambition and pragmatism.

You partner with leaders to deliver people cantered transformation
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior IT leaders and help ensure that people, leadership and organisation stay at the center of ECCO’s transformation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with senior IT leaders to align people and organizational priorities with ECCO’s digital transformation roadmap
- Supporting leaders in navigating complex change with clarity and consistency
- Advising on organizational design, role clarity and ways of working that support scalable IT capabilities
- Strengthening leadership alignment, communication and engagement throughout key change initiatives while reinforcing performance, culture and leadership practices that support learning and adaptability
- Contributing to talent, capability and succession efforts that build the skills needed for a more digital future enabling teams to understand and adopt new ways of working
Your impact will be visible through leaders who lead change well and teams who understand and adopt new ways of working.
You enjoy partnering directly with senior stakeholders and working in environments shaped by change
You are an experienced People & Culture professional with a background in an international organisation. You don’t need deep technical IT expertise - what matters is your ability to guide organisations and leaders safely through transformation.
We expect that you:
- Experience with IT organisations is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Have supported organisational transformation or large scale change initiatives
- Bring strong capabilities in change management, organisational development and leadership advisory
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non technical stakeholders
- Hold a relevant master’s degree in HR, Business or a related field

This position will primarily be based at our headquarters in Bredebro, Denmark, with the possibility of remote work arrangements. Please note that we do not offer relocation support for this position.
