Digital Marketing Lead - Copenhagen

Drive campaign impact across key digital partners
In this role, you will take the lead in building and executing a strong marketing set-up for some of ECCO’s most important digital key accounts such as Zalando, Amazon and Boozt across Europe and the UK. You will work closely with individual key account managers, while also collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to ensure campaigns land with impact.

You will join a dedicated and collaborative team where ideas are welcomed, ownership is encouraged and the ambition to grow together is shared. You will focus on establishing a structured and effective marketing approach that both plans and executes high-performing campaigns across marketplaces.

In your day-to-day work, you will combine strategic planning with hands-on execution. Specifically, you will:

  • Develop and execute seasonal and annual marketing plans aligned with sales targets and growth ambitions.
  • Plan and run brand and performance campaigns to drive visibility, engagement and conversion.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with key account stakeholders to unlock new opportunities.
  • Monitor, analyse and share campaign performance insights to continuously improve results.

Turn insight into action and collaboration into results
To succeed in this role, you bring a strong understanding of digital marketing within e-commerce or marketplaces and take initiative in shaping both direction and execution. You are comfortable working independently, while actively engaging others to move work forward and deliver results.

You likely:

  • Have 3-5 years' experience with digital marketing and campaign planning and execution, ideally within marketplaces such as Amazon, Zalando or similar.
  • Have proven track record driving and supporting digital marketing across regions and all organisational levels.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and take ownership of turning ideas and data into concrete actions.
  • Are confident working with data and able to translate insights into decisions and solutions that create impact.
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and build strong relationships across stakeholders.
  • Communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
