Digital Media Excellence Lead - Copenhagen
Are you ready to shape how a global brand plans, invests in and delivers digital media across markets?
Drive global media strategy and execution across brand and performance
You will join our Global Media team within Marketing, part of a newly established global set-up. This is a growing, international team working closely with E-commerce, Finance and local markets across the organisation.
In this role, you will build and lead our media excellence agenda together with global and local agency partners. You will define how we plan, execute and optimise media across channels, ensuring the right balance between brand building and performance. At the same time, you will support markets and colleagues in strengthening media capabilities across the organisation.
In practice, you will:
- Develop and drive global media strategy and planning across all digital channels.
- Translate strategy into clear media plans for key markets and ensure strong execution.
- Build best practice, utilize the right Adtech and drive test and learn programs
- Own budgets, investment plans and business cases, ensuring measurable ROI.
- Build and manage strong partnerships with global and local media agencies.
- Monitor performance, drive optimisation and support internal media education.
Bring your experience in digital media and your drive to improve performance
You are comfortable moving between strategy and execution, and you bring structure and clarity to complex setups. You enjoy working across functions and cultures, and you know how to turn insights into action that creates value.
We imagine you bring around 10 years of experience working with digital media across both client-side and agency environments, giving you a well-rounded perspective on how to drive performance at scale.
To succeed in this role, you likely:
- Bring significant experience leading digital media across both strategy and execution in a global context.
- Have a strong track record of managing sizeable media budgets, investment planning and delivering measurable ROI.
- Combine hands-on expertise across search, social and programmatic with the ability to set direction at a strategic level.
- Have worked closely with and challenged media agencies, ensuring high performance and clear accountability.
- Are confident navigating complex, cross-functional environments and influencing senior stakeholders across markets.
