What you will do
- Define and evolve standards for taxonomy, categorisation, attributes, metadata, enrichment and localisation across channels and markets.
- Own and manage day-to-day workflows for enrichment, validation, localisation and publishing to ensure reliable operational execution and high product information quality.
- Work closely with PIM Product Owners, platform partners and cross-functional stakeholders to support operational delivery, resolve gaps and evolve product information capabilities.
- Support discoverability, navigation, filtering, accessibility and product exploration through well-structured and enriched product information.
- Enable stronger merchandising, search, personalisation and product storytelling through high-quality customer-facing product information.
- Coordinate localisation processes and support consistency across customer-facing digital product information.
- Monitor product information quality, identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvements to governance, workflows and operational maturity.
- Contribute to roadmap planning while supporting ongoing operational improvements and execution priorities related to product information and digital commerce enablement.
- Collaborate across product, commercial, analytics and operational teams to support alignment and scalable global execution.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with digital product information, product content, PIM platforms, product data governance or digital commerce operations within complex digital ecosystems.
- Proven experience balancing strategic governance with hands-on operational execution across systems, channels, regions or markets.
- Strong understanding of taxonomy, categorisation, attributes, metadata, enrichment and structured product information, including how it supports discoverability, accessibility, merchandising and commercial performance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business and customer requirements into scalable operational processes and product information standards.
- Structured, detail-oriented and comfortable working hands-on with operational workflows, coordination and execution.
- Fluent in English.
