Enterprise Architect - Copenhagen

Help shape the digital foundation of ECCO’s future as we transform our global technology landscape and unlock the full potential of SAP S/4HANA.

Drive enterprise architecture across a business with an end-to-end value chain
As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a key role in one of ECCO’s most significant transformation journeys. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will help ensure that our transition from SAP AFS to SAP S/4HANA supports our long-term business strategy, target architecture and digital ambitions.

You will collaborate closely with business leaders, IT leadership, programme teams, architects and external partners across the globe. Together, you will create the architectural direction that enables scalable, secure and future-ready solutions across ECCO’s international organisation.

More specifically, you will:

  • Lead the enterprise architecture direction for ECCO’s SAP S/4HANA transformation and digital roadmap.
  • Define and maintain target architectures, transition states and landscape simplification plans.
  • Connect business capabilities, value streams and operating models with technology solutions across the organisation.
  • Establish and govern architecture principles, standards and decision-making frameworks.
  • Provide strategic guidance on solution, integration, data, cloud and security architecture decisions.

Use your architectural expertise to connect strategy and execution
You are an experienced Enterprise Architect who can balance strategic thinking with practical decision-making. You enjoy engaging with a wide range of stakeholders and translating complex concepts into clear recommendations that create long-term value.

We imagine that you bring:

  • Extensive experience within IT and digital transformation, including several years working as an Enterprise Architect.
  • Proven experience leading or supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture disciplines, including business, application, technology, data and security architecture.
  • Experience with architecture governance, roadmaps, portfolio planning and recognised frameworks such as TOGAF.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to build trust across technical and business communities.

Join a collaborative team shaping tomorrow’s technology landscape
You will become part of our Enterprise Architecture team within Digital Strategy & Simplification, where you will work alongside experienced architects and specialists dedicated to enabling ECCO’s future business capabilities. The team operates in a collaborative and international environment where knowledge sharing, curiosity and continuous improvement are part of everyday life.

This is an opportunity to influence decisions at enterprise level, work across the full value chain and help shape the future architecture of a global company with strong ambitions for growth, innovation and simplification.
