Global Digital Merchandising Manager - Copenhagen

Turn data into winning assortments across global channels
You will join our Global Digital Commerce team based in Carlsberg Byen, Copenhagen, working closely with account leads and colleagues across merchandising planning, digital marketing, S&OP and regional markets. We are a collaborative and driven team with a shared ambition to continuously improve how we present and sell our products through digital channels.

In this role, you will balance strategy and execution, ensuring our digital wholesale accounts and marketplaces are stocked with the right products at the right time. You will play a key role in strengthening our global merchandising framework while improving visibility on performance and stock to drive profitable growth across channels.

You will:

  • Define and execute a global merchandising strategy aligned with commercial priorities.
  • Select and forecast assortments for key digital wholesale accounts and marketplaces, including Amazon or Zalando.
  • Optimise stock allocation and availability across channels to maximise sell-through and reduce excess inventory.
  • Analyse product performance, trends and seasonal results to inform future decisions and pricing direction.
  • Partner with digital marketing and account teams to align product exposure with stock depth and campaign plans.

Bring your analytical mindset and collaborative approach
You enjoy working at the intersection of data, product and commercial impact. You are comfortable navigating a global matrix organisation and building strong relationships across functions.

Ideally, you bring:

  • A degree in business, merchandising, marketing or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, buying or assortment planning.
  • Experience with digital wholesale, Direct-To-Consumer or marketplace channels such as Amazon or Zalando.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with BI tools or advanced Excel.
  • Solid understanding of stock optimisation, lifecycle management and promotional planning.
  • Experience in leading key seasonal events planning.
