Global Media Planning and Execution Lead

Build and lead global media planning and execution
You will join our Global Media team within Marketing, working closely with colleagues across markets as well as global and local agency partners. The team is newly established and focused on building a strong foundation for how we plan, execute and optimise media across both brand and performance channels.
In this role, you will take the lead on developing global media strategies and turning them into effective, measurable plans. You will collaborate with finance, marketing teams and agency partners to ensure our media investments deliver strong business impact and continuous learning across markets.
Specifically, you will:
- Develop and drive global media strategy and holistic media planning across channels.
- Lead media plan execution across core markets, ensuring alignment and quality.
- Own budgets, investment planning, business cases and ROI tracking.
- Build and manage strong partnerships with global and local media agencies.
- Drive media performance through analysis, optimisation and internal capability building.
Bring your strategic mindset and commercial understanding
To succeed in this role, you combine analytical thinking with strong stakeholder management and a passion for media. You are comfortable working both strategically and operationally, and you enjoy collaborating across cultures and disciplines.
You:
- Hold a relevant master’s degree or equivalent.
- Bring extensive experience across both client and agency roles within media planning, budgeting and performance analysis, preferably 10 years combined.
- Have solid experience managing global and local media agencies, including scope, performance and partnerships.
- Communicate clearly and work confidently in an international, matrix organisation.
You will be part of building a new global media organisation, setting the direction for how ECCO works with media across markets. Ready to take the next step?
