Drive measurement, insights and optimisation across global media
You will join our Global Media team within Marketing, where data, curiosity and continuous improvement go hand in hand. The team is international, closely connected to E-commerce, Finance and creative functions, and driven by a shared ambition to make smarter decisions through better insights.
In this role, you will lead the development of advanced media measurement capabilities, working closely with our global agency partners and internal stakeholders. You will translate data into actionable insights, ensuring that media investments are aligned with business outcomes and set up for long-term growth.
More specifically, you will:
- Build and implement Marketing Mix Modelling and measurement frameworks linking media to business performance.
- Develop dashboards, reporting and AI-supported tools to enable ongoing optimisation across markets.
- Monitor media execution and ensure consistent follow-up on performance and ROI.
- Partner with global and local stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting structures and business cases.
- Lead collaboration with external partners, including media agencies and analytics providers.
Combine analytical leadership with commercial understanding
To succeed in this role, you bring a strong analytical mindset combined with the ability to influence and drive change across a global organisation. You are comfortable working both strategically and hands-on, turning complex data into clear recommendations.
We imagine that you:
- Have significant experience within media measurement, analytics or marketing effectiveness, ideally 10 years across both client and agency environments.
- Bring strong expertise in MMM modelling, data analysis and performance measurement.
- Are experienced in working with global stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
- Have strong communication and presentation skills, enabling you to translate insights into action.
- Hold a relevant degree at Master’s level or similar.
