Senior Manager, Social & Culture - Copenhagen

You will be part of our Global Marketing Communication organisation, working alongside a diverse group of specialists who care about creativity, collaboration and craft. The atmosphere is warm, ambitious and curious with a shared commitment to elevating ECCO’s global brand expression.
You will lead the Influence, Talent & Partnerships Manager, and work closely with colleagues across Creative, PR, Planning & Operations Product, Commercial and regional marketing teams.
Drive the global social media vision
In this role, you will be responsible for ECCO’s global social media strategy across our priority platforms. You will set the direction for how we engage on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels, ensuring content reflects our brand values of innovation, movement, craftsmanship and comfort.
You will play a key role in elevating our global social media presence by driving:
- Global content planning across always‑on, campaign and reactive moments
- Channel excellence and aligned storytelling across platforms
- Close collaboration with markets to balance local relevance and global consistency
- The growth of engaged global communities
- Stronger brand desirability through meaningful social experiences
Success in this role means creating a social ecosystem that inspires, informs and grows with our consumers.
Beyond this, your work will encompass social governance, platform best practice, community engagement strategies and agency management. In everything you do, you will help shape the future of our brand, crafting digital experiences with pride and taking the global step forward together with colleagues around the world.
You have extensive experience in social media, digital brand or content driven roles in global or multi-market organisations
You bring a blend of strategic thinking, creativity and leadership, and you understand how to translate insights into meaningful actions. Experience in fashion, lifestyle or other creative environments is an advantage, but not essential.
We imagine you have:
- Proven experience leading global or multi market social strategies and guiding cross functional collaboration.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, agencies and partners.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, content formats, trends and community dynamics.
- A data informed mindset with the ability to translate insights into successful recommendations and outcomes.
- Curiosity, cultural awareness and a forward-looking approach to storytelling and brand building.
