UX/UI Product Experience Designer - Copenhagen

Would you like to help shape how ECCO shows up digitally - and make sure the experience is as premium, effortless and consistent as our products? In this role, you’ll combine strong UX/UI craft with usability testing, accessibility and close cross-functional collaboration to turn insight into improvements across the customer experience.

Design and scale digital experiences across markets
You’ll be based in Carlsberg Byen, Copenhagen, and join Global Digital Commerce - covering ECCO.com, CRM, marketplaces and partner commerce. You’ll work in an evolving setup with specialists across data, content, media and lifecycle marketing, with the opportunity to help shape workflows and ways of working together with stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing

  • Design and improve customer-facing digital experiences across touchpoints from activation (CRM/email, social, campaigns/landing pages) to e-commerce and post-purchase/self-service (order updates, delivery, returns, help).
  • Turn insight and business goals into clear solutions, taking designs from early concepts to shipped UI with solid handover and implementation quality.
  • Partner with Brand/Creative and Marketing to bring the ECCO brand to life digitally - elevating look & feel, brand perception and consistency.
  • Work system-first with the design system to scale quality across teams and markets (apply, evolve, document and support adoption).
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Development to align scope, feasibility and delivery - ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Support the CRO programme by providing test-ready designs/variants and input to hypotheses and learnings (the CRO Lead owns experimentation execution and tracking).
  • Work confidently in an agile environment using tools such as Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Teams to plan, document, align and deliver with cross-functional partners.

You’re not “just” designing screens …
… because you care about clarity, consistency and the overall customer experience. You thrive in collaboration, bring structure to complexity, and know how to translate insight into solutions that teams can execute and ship.

Your skills and experience

  • 3+ years in UX/UI or Product Design, with strong end-to-end product design experience.
  • Advanced Figma proficiency, with strong quality standards in specs, states, edge cases and design documentation.
  • Strong craft and judgment: able to balance usability, accessibility and brand expression while keeping solutions simple and scalable.
  • Confident cross-functional collaborator who can align stakeholders, communicate clearly, and influence without formal authority.
  • Comfortable in an evolving setup: proactive, structured, able to prioritise, and motivated by improving ways of working.
  • Experience working with accessibility and design systems in practice (WCAG-informed mindset and systematic, component-based design).
