Junior Product Manager (Maternity Cover)
Do you want to be part of shaping ECCO’s next collections, ensuring they align with market trends and consumer needs? Are you excited about transforming insights into products that balance innovation, comfort, and commercial success?
At ECCO, you will have a unique opportunity to work with product development from concept to launch. You will be part of a dedicated team, collaborating closely with Category Directors and Product Managers to ensure our collections align with the latest market trends, consumer needs, and business insights.
From market insights to supporting strategic product decisions
You will be part of our Product & Category Management department, based in Tønder. As a Junior Product Manager at ECCO, you will play a key role in developing high-performing product collections. You will assist in seasonal collection planning, working closely with Category Managers to align product strategy with business objectives. Additionally, you will help maintain structured and accurate product data within our systems, ensuring that key stakeholders have reliable insights to make informed decisions.
Contributing to the product development journey, you will:
- Analyse the market – Conduct research and collaborate with Consumer Insights to track trends, consumer behaviour, and competition. Use these insights to support seasonal market and sales analysis
- Support seasonal collection development – Assist Product Managers in shaping product strategies and ensuring that physical and digital showrooms reflect the latest collections.
- Ensure product data accuracy – Maintain and update PLM data, acting as a superuser to ensure structured, up-to-date product information
- Coordinate category processes – Oversee workflows to ensure that key milestones in product development and go-to-market planning are met on time
- Monitor category performance – Track key performance metrics, including sell-through rates and profitability. Provide regular insights to optimise collections and support strategic decision-making
A structured and analytical mindset
Given the data-driven nature of this work, accuracy and attention to detail are essential. You have a keen analytical sense and the ability to translate data into strong product decisions. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where structure and teamwork are key to success.

- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field
- Have strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and consumer needs
- Be structured and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in product data and documentation
