This two-year programme will give you hands-on experience in shoemaking while building a broader understanding of the footwear industry. Through rotations across key departments, you’ll develop practical skills, craftsmanship, and business insights, and you’ll discover how every detail contributes to creating footwear that inspires millions worldwide.

What You’ll Work On

Throughout the programme, you’ll gain exposure to:

· Shoemaking techniques – Hands-on experience in pattern making, cutting, stitching, and finishing.

· Material innovation – Understanding leather, synthetic alternatives, and sustainable materials.

· Production & manufacturing – Learning factory processes, quality control, and efficiency optimization.

· Sustainability in shoemaking – Exploring eco-friendly production methods and circular economy initiatives.

· Product development & business impact – Collaborating with design, development and engineering, and supply chain teams to bring products from concept to reality.

What Are the Requirements?

· Education – You are about to graduate or have graduated within the last three years with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Shoemaking, Leather Technology, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.

· Experience – Seeking a hands-on problem-solver who enjoys craftsmanship - whether in mechanical repairs, bike maintenance, or DIY projects. A passion for mastering a craft leads to success in this field. Experience in shoemaking, footwear production, or product development is highly valued and will give you an edge.

· Skills – Strong English communication is a must, and knowledge of other languages is a bonus.

We’re looking for candidates who:

· Have a hands-on, creative, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.

· Love to analyse and dive deep into challenges with a creative problem-solving mindset.

· Are passionate about materials, and innovation in footwear.

· Enjoy collaborating but can also work independently.
